2021年7月5日，我集團分公司—內蒙古仁中生物科技有限公司8000噸恩拉霉素項目鍋爐點火暨種子罐投運儀式在內蒙古奈曼旗舉行，活動由河北興柏農業科技有限公司副總聶會敏主持。

開工儀式上由集團總經理暴連群致辭。暴總表示，首先對仁中生物科技全體員工的辛勤付出致以敬意。仁中科技是興柏集團十四五規劃向外發展的一個重要項目，它為集團下一步發展壯大做出重要貢獻。我們要發揚董事長提出的“安全、環保、質量、效益”八字方針，在下一步的建設發展中做出更多的貢獻。

隨后，集團董事長做了重要講話。董事長表示，仁中生物科技的此次開工離不開興柏藥業高層的重大決策，更離不開多年來奈曼旗園區領導及有關部門對我們的大力支持，同時對三年來負責施工的第三方、 參與項目設計的員工的辛勤付出表示衷心的感謝！

此次實施的項目是興柏集團未來五年規劃的重要組成部分，也是跟隨“十四五”向外發展的重要項目之一。在未來的5-10年內，我們將有更多的省外、國外專家融入到我們的團隊建設里，為我們興柏的發展提供強大的技術支持。我們要緊緊抓住十四五規劃這趟快車，把內蒙古仁中生物科技有限公司和興柏（滄州渤海新區）科技有限公司分別打造成現代化的生物制造基地和農藥合成原料基地。興柏集團要團結一切可以團結的力量，集中出力，嚴格按照政府政策、法律法規，廣納英才，將興柏的事業發揚光大。

On July 5, 2021, the boiler ignition and seed tank commissioning ceremony of the 8000-ton enramycin project of Inner Mongolia Renzhong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a branch of our group, was held in Naiman Banner, Inner Mongolia. The groundbreaking ceremony was addressed by Bao Lianqun, general manager of Xingbai Group. First of all, he paid tribute to the hard work of all the staff of Renzhong Biotechnology. Renzhong is an important project of Xingbai Group in the 14th Five-Year Plan, which will make an important contribution to the next development and growth of the Group. We should carry forward the eight-word policy of "safety, environmental protection, quality and efficiency" proposed by the chairman and make more contributions in the next step of construction and development.

He said that the start construction of Renzhong Biotechnology is inseparable from the major decision of Xingbai's senior management, and the strong support from the leaders of the Naiman Banner Park and relevant departments over the years. At the same time, he is responsible for the construction of the project in the past three years. We would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the hard work of the three parties and the employees who participated in the project design!

This project is an important part of Xingbai Group's future five-year plan and one of the important projects to follow the 14th Five-Year Plan to develop abroad. In the next 5-10 years, we will have more experts from outside the province and abroad to integrate into our team building and provide strong technical support for the development of Xingbai. We have to seize the 14th Five-Year Plan as a fast train to make Inner Mongolia Renzhong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Xingbai (Cangzhou Bohai New District) Technology Co., Ltd. into the leading biological manufacturing base and pesticide synthesis technical base respectively. Xingbai Group should unite all the forces that can be united,concentrate their efforts, in strict accordance with national policies, laws and regulations, and recruit talents to carry forward the cause of Xingbai.
